Responsibilities:-
-Attend incoming calls/outgoing calls and ensure they are transfer to the respective person in charge appropriately.
-Attend to all guests and visitors courteously and professionally.
-Manage reception area and meeting rooms in terms of cleanliness.
-To perform clerical duties such as Staff Attendance, courier/dispatch, monitoring office stationery and suppliers, etc.
-Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification.
-Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
-Good telephone etiquette and Age 20-35 years.
-Proficiency in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Required skill(s): MS Office and Excel.
2. Account cum Admin Executive
Responsibilities:-
-To handle full set of accounts
-Responsible aspects of accounting & admin works
-Prepare payment vouchers, cheques & receipts
-Reconciliation of banks accounts and invoices
-Organize and maintain proper office filing system
-Perform other administrative duties assigned
-Documentations, filing & Perform banking matters
Requirements :
-Min Diploma/Degree qualification or equivalent
-At least 1 year related working experience
-Full time position available
3. Geologist
Responsibilities :-
-Provide geological input.
-Presentation of data reports.
-Project Management
Requirements :-
-Min Degree, Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Geology/Geophysics qualification or equivalent
-At least 2 years related working experience
-Full time position available
