1. Customer Relations Executive
Responsibilities:
-To handle customer complaints and take ownership of enquiries proactively
-Able to maintain internal and external customer, colleagues relationships professionally
-Assist in improving the company system and procedures to ensure the escalating of service efficient
-Assist in preparing and developing documentations that pertaining to enhance customer service policy and procedures
-Offer advice to the customer service manager with any assigned projects when required
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
-Preferably female with the aged between 24-30 years old.

2. Interior Designer
Responsibilities:
-To solve complex problems under parameters and limitations of budget as per outlet design
-Responsible to plan, and able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design Software) effectively to prepare the drawing
-To observe the construction process to make sure all the process are compile with the architectural plan
-The candidate should have excellent communication skills, and know how to interact with different levels of people
-The candidate must have own transportation and willing to travel
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent. Job role in Merchandiser or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions are available.
3. Retail Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
-Monitoring and supporting in all aspects that contributes to sales performance
-To ensure a proper stock level is maintained and delivering issues
-To build up rapport with the retail merchandisers
-Understand retail operations are running smoothly, and display right attitudes to meet sales' targets
-To execute and develop marketing plans and strategies
-Capable of working as a part of team and take initiative to schedule marketing activities
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent. Job role in Merchandiser or equivalent.

4. Human Resource Assistant
Responsibilities:
-To provide administrative support to the day-to-day operations in human resource compensations to ensure the effective of payment and benefits
-To contribute to the accomplishment of human resource compensation policy that specializing in benefits administrations and recordkeeping
-To maintain HR compensation database and continuously update the relevant information
-Preferably senior assistant that specializing in employees compensations and benefits
-Result-oriented, self-motivated and strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
-Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent. Job role in Merchandiser or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions are available.
-Preferably female candidates who can speak and write mandarin
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
5. Merchandising Executive
Responsibilities:
-Have a good sense knowledge of retail procurement and merchandsing
-Assist merchandise manager to achieve the objective , execute plan in workplace and to ensure the strategies are implemented effectively
-Take responsibility to manage daily merchandising report and to ensure the operational standard is maintained
-Demonstrate a team player attitude and show ability to lead the teammates effectively
-Develop a full team of merchandisers to achieve the highest level of services to customers
-Take responsbility to upgrade the merchandising systems to improve the overall company performance
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
