1. DATA CENTRE OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
-Provide first level technical support to end users.
-Provide IT support, including set-up and maintenance of PC hardware, software and network-related issues.
-Software maintenance, upgrade, backup, and etc.
-Perform specific daily computer room operation support tasks like running application EOD, server preventive maintenance & daily backup operations in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
-Diploma in Computer Science (Networking)/Information or equivalent with minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
-Knowledge in troubleshooting & supporting all computer hardware would be an added advantage.
-Proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
2. OFFICER, CORPORATE & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Department in handling all corporate and marketing communications tasks, i.e. publications of prospectuses, funds’ reports, newsletters, product brochures as well as manage the Company’s website, run exhibitions and advertising and promotion campaigns.
Requirements:
-Degree in Advertising / Marketing / Mass Communications.
-Strong command of English.
-Able to translate written materials from English to Mandarin.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. OFFICER, FINANCE
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is responsible for preparing and checking financial reports, interim and annual reports of the Funds and ensuring that they are completed on a timely basis. The candidate is also responsible for coordinating the yearly audit and liaises with auditors and tax agent. Monitoring and following-up on items related to bank reconciliation is also an essential part of the job.
Requirements:
-Minimum LCCI or partial professional qualification.
-Preferably 1 year working experience in accounting related work.
-Good communication skills.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting applications.
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. EXECUTIVE, UNIT TRUST OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
-Ensure prompt, timely, accurate and efficient processing of all unit trust transactions.
-Ensure compliance with company’s policy and standards and regulatory guidelines.
-Provide efficient administrative support.
-Ability to handle and resolve issues / problems.
-Ability to liaise effectively with other divisions, external parties and authorities.
Requirements:
-Possess at least a diploma in any discipline.
-At least 1 – 2 years experience in back-office, preferably in financial industry.
-Able to write and speak well.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Computer literate.
5. ASSISTANT MANAGER, UNIT TRUST OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
-Assist to oversee and manage the day-to-day overall processes and ensure the smooth running of the Unit Trust Operations division.
-Ability to lead, guide and train staff in handling challenging operational issues in delivering operational excellence.
-To continuously review and improve work processes so as to enhance the efficiency of the operating processes.
-Review and ensure appropriate policies, system, procedures and controls are in place.
-Capable to troubleshoot problems with preventive solutions.
-Continuously review, identify and implement ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
-Recognize degree in any discipline.
-At least 3 years working experience in back-office, preferably in financial industry.
-Possess leadership qualities and ability to work as a team.
-Good organizational, analytical, time management and report writing skills are required.
-Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Pleasant personality, proactive and self-motivated.
-Computer literate.
