1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE

BASED IN SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR
Responsibilities
•Responsible in planning and implementation of the staff skill and competency development program
•Responsible in planning and implementation of the in-house and external training programs, attachment programs, local and overseas short courses and all relevant talent programs
•Prepare status report on the provision of in-house or external training for SIRIM Berhad staff
•Communicate and negotiate training matters with the government ministries such as Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (MOSTE) and the Public Services Department
•Conduct training effectiveness evaluation for developmental and functional training
Requirements
•Possess a minimum Degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Public Administration
•Minimum three years working experience in the field of Human Resource Management particularly in skill and competency development program
•Knowledge in various Labour Laws
•Demonstrate good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
•Possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE
CODE: PR 21-10 (1 VACANCY)
(GROUP CORPORATE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT)
BASED IN SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR
Requirements
•Degree in Mass Communication majoring in Public Relations.
•Minimum 3 years working experience in mass communication, public relations or related field.
•Wide knowledge in publicity, promotion and event management.
•Have experience in journalism writing proposals, protocol and government relations.
•Some knowledge in planning and preparing paper works / proposal.
•Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
