1. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 2-5 years working experience in plant maintenance/engineering
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Must be computer literate
- While those with experience will be considered for senior positions.
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
2. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS / SENIOR TECHNICIANS / FOREMAN
Requirement
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Advance Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. Those with lesser qualifications but with relevant maintenance experience will also be considered.
- Ideally with 1-5 years of work experience in maintenance / engineering work. Those with working knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics systems will be considered for senior positions.
- Fresh students from any technical schools/polytechnics will be considered for junior positions.
- Candidate must possess good communication skills (spoken & written) in Bahasa Melayu & English
3. SALES EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Cover all tasks from pre-to after-sales services including prospecting, negotiating and securing of orders and collections.
- Service existing customers and develop new customer base.
- Expected to liaise with developers, architects, contractors and specifiers.
- Evaluate sales opportunities and develop sales strategies or action plans to realise sales targets.
- Establish close working relationships with customers and demonstrate good understanding of customers' requirements.
Requirement
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Admistration / Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Marketing or equivalent. Technical, Engineering or Science Degree coupled with sales experience is an added advantage.
- Those without necessary qualifications but possess at least 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Team player with passionate commitment towards performance and the pursuit of excellence.
- Bright, enthusiastic with likeable disposition and positive attitude.
- Computer literate with good communication skills.
4. PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- To carry out process improvement to ensure production processes at the assigned production unit meet the customer quality requirement.
- To ensure the productivity targets set for the assigned production unit are met.
- To conduct training to shopfloor workers to upgrade their knowledge and skills.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy with good academic achievement.
- At least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must be hands on person, fast learner, able to work closely with shopfloor workers.
- Continuous Improvements and Kaizen experience are added advantage.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Possess good communication skills.
