INVESTOR RELATION DEPARTMENT:
1. Head of Investor Relation
Location: Shah Alam
Reporting to Group Director , Corporate and Services, the position is primary responsible to drive the industrial Relations Initiatives in the Group.
Responsibilities
-Build and maintain relationship with existing/potential investors/stakeholders (including interested parties from the securities and media industry)
-Prepare and implement the annual investor relations plan
-Work together with Corporate Communication Division to raise the group’s profile and to monitor the public information/perception of the group in the media/investor circle
-Identify and maintain best practices for disclosure in accordance to regulatory requirements
-Keep management up to date regarding share price developments , share market developments, sector trends and monitor major competitors pricing on the market share.
-Provide feedback and insight to the senior management regarding market opinions and financial communities reactions and perceptions.
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting /Business, post graduate qualification is preferred
-At least 8 years relevant exp
-Well versed with financial/economic modeling and the requirements of the regulatory bodies and rating agency.
-Strong articulation, analytical thinking, effective network –influence and presentation skills on matters, policies and strategies concerning investor relation approaches
HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION:
2. Head of HR at Operating Company
Location: Klang Valley, Kedah, Pahang
Reporting to Head of Company and corporate Office, the position is responsible for the full spectrum of both strategic and transactional human capital management functions at respective operating units.
Responsibilities
-Define, drive and align HR strategies to support business objectives at both the strategic and operational levels
-Identify , develop and implement programmes to support changes , business initiatives and strategies toward building and sustaining a high performing culture
-Coach managers on effective leadership strategies and provide consultation on workforce planning and talent strategies
-Develop, review and maintain Hr policies and procedures and ensure adherence
-Undertake value adding functional activities in all aspects of human resource , development/employee –union relation
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant professional qualification or equivalent
-At least 8 years of working exp in Human Resource field with min 3 years at managerial level
-Sound knowledge in Malaysia human resource and industrial relations practices and applicable regulations
-Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
-Good work attitude,. Flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

Location: Shah Alam
Reporting to Department Head, The Manager is primary responsible for the provision of security services in the company via newly set up Auxiliary Police Unit. The roles of Assistant Manager and Executive are mainly to support the Manager and to undertake security related tasks and assignment across the group companies nationwide.
Responsibilities
-Plan, implement , manage and evaluate group security plans and administration
-Manage assets protection, workplace violence prevention./protection, video /camera surveillance , employee education and awareness
-Maintain relationship with local authorities, state and federal law enforcement agencies and related government bodies
-Oversee 24 hours incident response planning and investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters
-Conduct security and risk protection audits and monitor physical security measures.
Requirements
-Diploma or relevant professional qualification
-Experienced in corporate security management
-Strong working knowledge of the law and securities matters
-Established network with the police and government authorities
-Ex police officers or candidates with exp in managing Auxiliary Police are preferred
-Result oriented and resourceful with high integrity and trustworthiness.
HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION:
6. Assistant Manager, Training
Location: Shah Alam
Reporting to Training Manager, this position is primary responsible to assist in the identification and in the provision of effective and systematic training interventions.
Responsibilities
-Perform analysis of staff training needs and develop appropriate training plans
-Design and develop training and talent development programmes that meet and satisfy the training and developmental need of the staff
-Implement and deliver the training programmes in the best possible approach
-Measure the effectiveness of the training programmes delivered
-Write and compile training related reports /articles on a periodic basis for management review.
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant professional qualification or equivalent
-At least 5 years working exp in the area of Training and Development
-Good consultative skills, and able to cope with a diverse environment
-Creative, result oriented , resourceful, highly motivated and trustworthy
-Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of employees.
